We had a fantastic stay at Kuttichira Heritage Home! The charming heritage property had beautifully maintained toilets and a real sense of history. The staff, including the owner couple, were incredibly courteous and made our time there even more memorable. The restored antique house, where our room was located, was exceptional - with three en-suite bedrooms and a kitchenette. The manager and owner were friendly and always helpful, arranging taxis and a wonderful boat trip for us. The breakfast served in the open pavilion overlooking the farmland was delightful. We also enjoyed the option of home-delivered meals from a nearby restaurant. a must-stay property in Alleppey!
Would recommend this hotel.

The family and owners were incredibly sweet and it was clear that they were dedicated to giving every guest a great experience. The garden was absolutely jaw-dropping and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. The breakfast, made by Mrs. George, was absolutely delicious and a highlight of our stay. The staff were so kind and accommodating, even allowing us to choose our own rooms. They helped us book a day tour on the backwaters, as well as recommending fantastic local restaurants and shopping spots. The property truly felt like home, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the traditional Kerala breakfast and the option to rent bikes to explore nearby attractions. I had such a great value for my money at this place. The room was absolutely beautiful with traditional teak wood decor and a stunning view of the garden. The location was peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, and the staff treated us with such courtesy and helped organize a boat trip and transportation for us.
Only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better is more variety.

We recently stayed at Kuttichira Heritage Home for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The owner and manager went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The building itself is stunning, with traditional Kerala style architecture. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we loved the fact that we could have it in the charming garden area while enjoying the beautiful views of the paddy fields. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We also appreciated the small touches, like having a kettle in our room. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. The staff helped us arrange transportation and even introduced us to a tuktuk driver who took us to interesting places and even invited us to meet his family. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, we highly recommend Kuttichira Heritage Home.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the main boat harbor and eateries. The rooms were comfortable and the property had a nice, cool and quiet atmosphere at night. Additionally, the lush green gardens added to the overall charm of the place.
The staff had limited English skills and were not very helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms was also an issue, as they were not cleaned properly before our arrival.
